It pays to be a NXL carrier partner.

At National Xpress Logistics, we understand the importance of cash flow and the peace of mind when it comes to receiving payment. As a NXL carrier partner, several options exist starting with our industry leading payment terms of (25) days from the receipt of paperwork.

For quicker terms, the following quick pay options are available:

Quick Pay Options

1 Business Day (8% deduction), 5 Business days (2% deduction). The deductions are from the gross settlement rate.  All requests must be received by 1700 Eastern Standard Time.  Requests received after that time will be paid the following business day.

Please note: If you are interested in participating in the quick pay program, you must email Kris Rights (krights@nxltrans.com) in our accounting department to have a form emailed to you on the day of the shipment. The form must be filled out and returned prior to the shipment delivering otherwise, quick pay option will not be available.

Proper documentation is required to be eligible for quick pays. Weekend, Holiday and after hour requests are subject to additional fees.
