National Xpress Logistics partners with the Salvation Army's "Adopt-A-Family" program 2011: Willow Grove, PA - National Xpress Logistics "A Leading Third Party Logistics Company" partners up this holiday season to support The Adopt-A-Family (AAF) program which matches impoverished families with individual or group sponsors to provide for their tangible needs at Christmas. Without the benefit of an adoption, these families would be looking forward to a very grim holiday. Being adopted is designed to be a once or, on very rare occasions, twice in a lifetime event for recipient families. Sponsors come in many shapes and sizes. They can be individuals, families, small businesses or large corporations. In many of the larger corporations, different departments often each adopt a family. Many sponsors find the experience so fulfilling that they participate in the program year after year.

October, 2011: We are pleased to announce the recent hire of Barbara Scrivano as national accounts manager, Zach Kozari as regional operations and Joann Bresnan as administrative assistant.  Barbara will be responsible for the management of sales and relationships with all NXL national accounts. Zach will be responsible for all regional expedite and truckload shipments.  Joann will assist the accounting department. Barbara will start on October 3rd, 2011 - Zach on October 10th, 2011 - and Joann on October 17th, 2011 - please help to welcome them.

NXL is on the move:

Glenside, PA - National Xpress Logistics, LLC announces today the opening of their new corporate headquarters in Willow Grove, PA, scheduled for September 12th, 2011. NXL will occupy 10,000 square feet of office and 30,000 square feet of manufacturing/distribution space in the new building.

"We are on the move - both literally and figuratively in the Northeast market, " stated Michael Flynn, CEO of NXL, " The new office expansion in Willow Grove reinforces NXL's commitment to providing superior, highly responsive service to our clients domestically as well as internationally."

June, 2011: NXL proudly celebrates its 10-Year Anniversary this month.  The anniversary celebrations will include a celebratory dinner aboard the Philadelphia Belle for employees and family. "Our commitment to customer astonishment and striving for excellence has allowed us to enjoy substantial growth in our client base and market share." said Michael Flynn, NXL CEO and co-founder. "The goal in starting NXL was to provide innovative solutions for our customers, while providing a rewarding work environment for our employees."

May, 2011: National Xpress Logistics is excited to announce the addition of two new employees.  Heather Schild and Eric Deck both joined the company and will serve as logistic support coordinators in our customer service and operations departments.

April, 2011:  NXL is pleased to announce that Kathleen Higgins Kovacs has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Kathy has served in various executive financial management roles over the last 18 years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer at Remax International.

In addition, Kristina Rankin has joined the company as our West Coast Logistics Coordinator.  Ms. Rankin has served in various truckload operations, most recently as carrier sales with New Century Transportation.

March, 2011:  National Xpress Logistics signs intermodal contracts with Union Pacific Railroad and Norfolk Southern Railroad.  NXL holds contracts with CSX intermodal as well to cover all your logistic needs throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
